Hi, I'm Cynthia Paim Cohen. I'm a mother of 3, originally from Brazil and now based in North West London. I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle after the birth of my 1st daughter over 10 years ago as I saw big changes in my body and wanted to do something about it.

I understand how hard it can be to start or get back into an exercise routine…. been there, done that!

Now I have passion for fitness & wellbeing and for helping my clients to deliver life changing results.

I am a fully Qualified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Advisor and specialise in Women’s Fitness with an emphasis on program design for strength and conditioning training, weight management and core strength & stability.

In the end, it is all about prioritising and making a commitment with yourself to be the best that you can be.

Most importantly, I will be there to support you step by step through your journey to make sure you deliver on your goals.

Personal Training

I provide all the equipment necessary for every session and we can train in either your local park, garden, the comfort of your own home or even on ZOOM, the choice is yours.

Women's Specialist

I have a passion for helping women feel better about themselves and to help them feel happier about their bodies. Age is just a number, so whether you are in your teens, pre or post-natal, in your 30s, 40s, 50’s or even over 60 I am here to help you become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself. You will be benefit from my vast knowledge of core, strength, balance and stability exercises, and by using the perfect techniques to quickly progress to the next level.

Nutritional Adviser

Healthy eating involves eating food that promotes the optimal health of all body systems and prevents the development of diseases. I will analyse your current nutritional intake and habits to recommend changes that will benefit you inside and out, physically and mentally all based on scientific facts not fads. I want to help you make changes that will last you for the rest of your life, not just the next few weeks. This is more than fitness and diet, this is about wellbeing.

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a form of ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. It is for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Why not try something new, fun and effective for the whole body? Come and flow with me and I will show you how Animal Flow has something for you. You don’t have to be super mobile or super strong to do it.
